Ferrari Mailing List: Thoughts on diminished value

Sort of a follow up to the carfax request.  

Client was sideswiped in a 2006 flying spur.  Required replacement of bumper 
cover and fender. Paint from nose to drivers side door. 

So, since I have the brain trust - looking to see if there is a valid basis for 
a diminished value claim.   Seems to me that at 50k miles and 10 years the cars 
is close to the bottom of its value range - limiting the value of the DV claim. 

Would appreciate your thoughts
