Ok those of you who know me know that my car flies out on an initial ( no squawks)

Got a 1-6 check engine light figured it was the O2 sensor

That’s the usual suspect

Not so fast

The 512 is OBD1 so you have to do the blink code thing

Did it

Showed exhaust ECU ( there are 2 of them)

Swapped ECU’s with 7-12 bank

Cleared all faults

Cranked car expecting see fault on 7-12 bank because that’s where suspect ecu is and no fault on 1-6 bank

Now get this

Are you ready

No check engine light on either bank!

WTF?

Go drive car on a FCF run ( test drive for civilians)

Got 2 minor flashes on the 1-6 bank that self-cleared never came back on

Never seen anything like this ever.

Anyway its in the hangar bay code one

Oh yea how about the US NAVY bagging a SU-22
