I've been to the tech center in Tochigi where they designed and built the NSX and have eaten lunch in their cafeteria many times. I joked at lunch one of those times on who the designer was for the front of the car. Mumbles and a few "annos", then they pointed out a guy in the middle of the room. I then asked who deigned the back of the car.  More mumbles and a finger pointing to a different direction.

Being the dumb American, I suggested that the car may have been better if those two had at least met each other...
