Merci, Michel
My high school French, from many decades ago but reinforced by occasional trips to Quebec and France over the years, actually holds up pretty well, especially in writing.
Interesting provenance and I think you are correct in your surmising that a lot of the GV Kms were at WOT!
Thanks for posting the F car content!

The text is in french, but basically, it says this Ferrari was owned and driven by Gilles Villeneuve and it will be auctioned in may by RM Sotheby's. It has 36,600 kms and was his until his death in 1982. I’m convinced these 36,000 kms were driven at full speed most of the times. It came out of the factory on october 30th, 1978, less than one month after his first Formula 1 victory.Michael Savard (1981 308 GTSi)Begin forwarded message:From: Nelson Savard <nelsonsavard [at] videotron.ca>Subject: Ferrari 308 de Gilles VilleneuveDate: April 16, 2018 at 6:34:56 PM GMT-4To: Michel Savard <mysavard [at] videotron.ca>
