Ferrari Mailing List: Oil change after winter storage

I’ve always changed my oil before the annual winter storage. I’ve always 
changed that new oil again in the spring before driving the car for the first 
time.
I did this because that’s what I was told to do.

My question is, is it really necessary to change the oil again before driving 
it ? Can I drive it for a few weeks before changing it ?
