South Carolina doesn’t have deferment. Here the best you can hope for is getting the points/fine cut in half, and even that’s at the discretion of the officer and judge…

I agree - if you get a ticket take deferment (insurance never finds out about it and if you don't get a ticket for the next 6 months in the same county it disappears) and go on about your day!  It's really all just about $$ ... I have had 3 tickets on deferment at once. Two were received in the same day!   One leaving town to pick up a new MBZ C63 and the other when I arrived back in town with it.

Okay, guys, I know from a resale point, "resale red" is always a good color choice, but from a driving standpoint, do you guys find driving a red Ferrari gets too much attention (especially from the police/revenue collectors) versus other colors? Currently spec'ing a car, and I've got to admit I'm definitely finding myself drawn to red, but concerned it will get more attention than I'd like to attract.

 

Thanks in advance for any thoughts/suggestions.
