Typical French Bullshit!  They have a deep down hatred of everything American.  I know, having a son that lives in Belgium and going to France every year for the last 20 years.  They hate the Belgians as well.  I love certain aspects of French culture, but, they have an almost idiotic superiority complex about their culture and total distain for all others.  Went through USAF pilot training with 4 French Officers.  Outstanding guys, grads of the Politechnique etc.

Great in almost all aspects of flying except one; we couldn't let them fly together.  No one could subordinate himself to the other in formation flying!  Proper attitude for Americans in France:  Do not even think about being nice.  Be very demanding and do not take one ounce of bullshit from them!!!!!!!
