Lewis Hamilton qualified 2nd saturday, but was penalized 3 grid places for blocking Kimi. Why did he start in 4th instead of 5th ? An FIA official tried to explain why. Even the SKY tv commentators (that’s what I get here in Quebec) didn’t understand. I listened to him 3 times and still couldn’t understand his logic. He talked about many drivers getting grid penalties, having an accordeon effect on the grid, etc. Michael Savard (1981 308GTSi)
