Ferrari Mailing List: How to change oil hoses and fuel filler on 1981 308

My government here in Quebec has given us, teachers, 2 weeks off to help 
prevent the spread of corona-virus. I bought all the parts I need and was going 
to give the job to my mechanic in the spring.
But, since I now have 2 weeks with absolutely nothing to do, we just had our 
spring break on the 1st week of march, I thought I would try to do it myself.

Before I start, please give me some advice. Fuel filler (I bought a long tube 
from GATES, cut it in shorter pieces (4” long) and put the rest on eBay) needs 
to be change. I also have the 2 short oil cooler hoses from SUPERFORMANCE to 
change.

Any sort of advice will be welcomed!
