That isn't a problem in and of itself. Humanity needs all types to function properly. The problem comes in when one side believes the other side is unnecessary or less valuable. Either way, it is foolish. The thinkers are not necessarily cowards or physically weak. But they often are arrogant and foolish. It, invariably, comes from how they were raised.
On courage, I often find people improperly defining courage. I coached basketball and baseball for many years. I recall many coaches talking about kids who were "fearless", especially the chuckers in basketball, and framing it as a form of courage. Often, however, the kid was just flat out dumb. Courage is knowing that you can fail, knowing the consequences and doing it anyway because the potential benefits outweigh the fear of the consequences. Being "fearless" is just being ignorant of the probability of failure and the consequences. Knowing the probability of failure and the consequences and always taking the chances, even when the benefits don't warrant the gamble, is simply reckless.

Just to be clear, the 3 laws of thermodynamics, for civilians are:
1) You can't win
2) You can't even break even
3) You can't quit the game
The best theory (theories) in Physicsare summarized in the Standard Model
which includes QED and QCD, basically everything except gravity. The big
game now is the search for deviations from the Standard Model. Newton's
model lasted 400 years and you still build rollercoasters based on that one.
The current Standard Model is ~40-50 years old. Some od us are looking for
a non-zero neutron electric dipole moment as a deviation from the standard
model.
