I worked with a bunch of NAVAIR guys for about a year and a half (two electric bug drivers and a hummer driver), post activity debriefs were absolutely brutal, you never did anything right.  But by god, you never made the same mistake twice. Once you understood it wasn’t personal, they became the best teaching moments of my career. 

Unfortunately my actual MBA was more snowflake friendly.
