Ferrari lovers…

 

As you guys probably know, I host the official Ferrari  F1 gala every year (except last) at Austin Country Club. We bring in some pretty spectacular cars (we have had multiple Schumacher F1 winners, 250 LM, Fantuzzi Spyder,…) and have a heck of a party. This year the event is Friday evening, October 22 from 7 to 10ish. We have had F1 drivers, winners of LeMans, the entire F1 broadcast team, Sky Sports did a feature on the event and ran it a couple years ago during the race, Enzo’s personal secretary for 25 years flew in from England to attend, the official F1 photographer, Ferrari club members from Australia, Canada, UK,… And the entertainment each year has included Grammy winners, national recording artists, and the most famous violin in the world, “The Red Violin”. This year is no exception with a big band headed by Mike Sailors who has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, just about every major jazz club in New York, written and arranged for TV and movies. With him is Kris Kimura who has also performed all over the world and owns Parker Jazz Club in Austin.  Let’s just say, it is quite an event. And to top off the entertainment is current world professional dance champion, Susan Kirklin, and her husband who has choreographed for Taylor Swift, Madonna, and numerous others.

 

As Ferrari lovers and owners, I think you would enjoy this very special evening. If you are interested you can purchase tickets at the link below. Attire is business casual, however, a number of attendees will be wearing Texas Tux which is jeans and boots, tux shirt, jacket, and tie. And some of the ladies like to get formal.
