Here’s an old VHS video of ex-F1 driver Jacques LaFitte (sp?) driving a full-spec F40 LeMans car around Pierre Bardinon’s private Mas Du Clos race circuit in France. I can’t imagine how explosive the power would be as the throttle is thoroughly buried into the carbon floor board:
