Britt, that was over 20 years ago...repairs and updates have been developed. People are not driving 355s today and dealing with failures.

The 512TR is much better even at $250k...

I remember early 2000’s on the list, a lot of talk about 355’s and the constant problems. Maybe this has been engineered out but it was constant about manifolds ( which left in checked could cause engine damage), valve guides, electrics, ect. Beautiful cars but the maintenance was super high and expensive. Some guys on the west coast wrote a blog about there experiences from new. Cars were broken every other week. Lovely to look at, I could have bought a 30k mile gets in the U.K. for 35k pounds in 2002. Had the 328, never went for it.

( and as Clyde pointed out the 512tr has only 2 recalls on it. Seat belts and fuel lines. That’s it. Much better for me for a 90s Ferrari)
