Agreed with the fuel and timing control concerns, as that could easily be a grenade. A modern programmable system and some dyno time could result in a fun ride. I have seen many aftermarket turbo kits result and a mess in the engine compartment.

I have been watching that.  Looks good.  Why is the center console on every 308 and 328 bowed in like that?  That should be fixable, no?  What scares me on a car like that is the air/fuel control.  It could probably benefit from a modern ECU.
