It would cost a lot more to get to F40 HP but getting this to a reliable 350HP is not difficult at all.  The engine started out with a low CR.  350HP in a 308 is plenty.  No one is racing a 40 year old car.  They are just giving it a bit of pep.

Bowed in?  Where?  What picture?  I’d like to learn something. I don’t recall our ‘78 has any bowing.  Maybe so.
