I do have a problem with that because this was the late Eighties and every manufacturer adopted galvanizing for rust protection.

 

Granted, nothing survives an east coast winter, but I would expect most Bentleys to be fair-weather-driven cars, so they should not rust (even from the occasional rain or car wash). Did Bentley dip the shells in zinc baths?

 

What are the places that are vulnerable and is there a reason for that?

Find one that has been driven regularly and recently. They’re out there. Totally different experience than the Maserati.
