Of course, if you compare it to inflation (about 38%).  He did really well. (about 377%).  Not bad.  

Too bad he didn't have your crystal ball.  It is amazing that you guys knew that Apple was going to launch something called a smartphone and that a miracle call from Steve Jobs to Wendell Weeks at Corning would save the launch of the first phone and help them avoid launching a phone with a screen that would scratch and look like crap in weeks.
