I had the front end of the Quattroporte vinyl coated. Did a bit of research, mostly reading user reviews. Some reported 3M film yellowing after a few years. Not noticeable on some colors, though. And some brands can have peeling problems. But few complaints on XPEL. So I went with that, found a very good installer in Medford, about 100 miles away. It's fairly thick, which I wanted as the nose of the prior QP was peppered with rock chips after my many multi-thousand mile trips in it. So far, all is good. Just one chip that put a tiny tear in the film, but it appeared to spare the paint under it. Glad the film was there. Hans.
