This happened across the street from my buddy’s house. He thinks he knows the guy - expect some juicy details later.
For sure - unlicensed, uninsured, unregistered - oh, and no way he was only going 35. At least a half dozen reasons, on the face of the story, that this guy should not have been driving that car on the street. Don’t buy the “I can’t drive stick"
argument either. Looks to me like another classic case of too much car, too little talent — and ion the reports on then paperwork are true, a VERY expensive lesson, as no “umbrella” policy is gonna cover the loss if there is n to a primary insurance policy
in place. At least it was not a Ferrari.
In sadder news, looks like a 355 challenge had a run in with a Range Rover in England.

Nothing tops these "Florida man" stories.
Only thing missing was that his "niece" was in the car with him...
Seems the only control he is familiar with is the gas pedal.
Hopefully he's got good control of a pen, he'll be writing some checks.
