Or if cLyDe had a crystal ball, he should’ve held onto his 512TR up to now, would’ve got $300K from Britt, then could’ve “invested” all of that (because it is essentially free money at this point) into stocks. Although – and I’m not at all familiar with your tax laws – cLyDe would probably get nailed on capital gains taxes from that hypothetic $300K sale of his 512?
