These analogies never make sense as there is no guarantee that this person would have invested in the market then sat on a good investment from 1995 to 2022.  If they bought Apple or Tesla or whatever they may have cashed out years ago.  Plus a stock certificate is not as much fun to drive or take to a car show than a Ferrari...
