The F1 team needs more non-Italian men to run the team. Back in the days of Michael Schumacher, a french man (Jean Todt) was running the team with an Englishman (Ross Brawn) and a South African man (Rory Byrne). Since Luca Di Montezemolo and Mauro Forghieri, Ferrari has never been able to find great people from within.
