Agreed.  You need diversity.  And not what the woke idiots consider diversity.  It isn't about color or race or national origin.  It is about culture and experience.  And then you need leadership.  And that is almost completely independent of culture.  A great leader can come from anywhere.  Although I will say that people who tended to struggle early in life tend to become great leaders if that struggle also comes with intelligence.
