Absolutely Michael!!Don't forget a German and Brazilian driver.
I'm fine with them wanting to be nationalistic, but when you have the eyes of
the country (like no other in F1) on you, I think they owe the fans more than
nationalism.   I believe a diverse team based on merit that can make the church
bells ring will get more cheers than an all Italian team.
But, Ferrari is playing a money game and for the last 30 years they get a boat
load of participation money...  So even when they are not winning on the track,
they still win at the bank.

What they need is someone running the show who wants both.
PS: Just curious.  When your email comes across, if you look at it in depth it
is always Michael, but on the standard header it's Michel.  Is it a typo
somewhere in your mailer or do you just go by both?

The F1 team needs more non-Italian men to run the team. Back in the days of
Michael Schumacher, a french man (Jean Todt) was running the team with an
Englishman (Ross Brawn) and a South African man (Rory Byrne). Since Luca Di
Montezemolo and Mauro Forghieri, Ferrari has never been able to find great
people from within.

As an Italian, the level of dysfunction on this team makes my blood boil.  The
soccer team would be just as bad if I cared as much.
