You jam the mark1 eyeball
You can blind it but not jam it

With regard to Lockheed, no one does stealth like them
Northrop is good
But not as good as Lockheed and they know it

The F-35 is the modern day F-111 which had numerous issues upon hitting the active squadrons

Why do people need to climb mountains.

But with drone tech as quite advanced as it is now, why are we still putting pilots in cockpits? I can understand that humans will perform better in dog fighting, but without a human in the bird, why bother dicing it up in the first place? Or even in the times of current fights, these newer planes can achieve maneuvers that will knock out a pilot with all of the forces induced on the body. Still too risky.

Lockheed has fallen for sure.  Not the same company that designed and built the F-22.  But it isn't like the competition is much better.  How late and over budget was Artemis?  And it isn't like Lockheed has screwed up everything.  They appear to be well ahead in directed energy.

Wow, that's a pretty serious control system failure.
