Ferrari Mailing List: Least favorite moment of my trip to Maranello

I’ve been to Maranello 9 times. It’s the first time I don’t buy anything at the Ferrari Store. We used to get 20% at the Store after a factory visit. Now it’s 10%. 10% discount on a 324 euros scarf won’t convince me it’s a good deal. The place was empty except for 3 employees. I was there twice: Once to check it out and the second time to take pictures. I used to see people come in and out all the time. Do they actually make money with this ?
