I believe the U.S. cars come with a "Consumer Information" booklet which may state overall dry weight and GVWR per axle. That will state what the rear axle weight bias is, and give you the idea of what load is going to be placed on that bar.
Keep in mind these limits that manufacturers put on lifting/jacking/pulling equipment are "cover your ass" amounts. It's usually a third to a quarter of an actual breaking amount (so in your case, expect that lifting bar to break at 3-4000 KG).

I want to jack the car from the rear using a bahco lift bar that’s rated at 1000kg. With the engine at the rear the weight is of course rear biased. Any idea how I can know if lifting at the rear ( both rear chassis rails at the same time) will exceed the capability of my spreader bar?
