Weight balance on your TR should be 42% front, 58% rear, so less than 1,000kg at rear.

I want to jack the car from the rear using a bahco lift bar that’s rated at 1000kg. With the engine at the rear the weight is of course rear biased. Any idea how I can know if lifting at the rear ( both rear chassis rails at the same time) will exceed the capability of my spreader bar? Jack is good to 1500kg…
