Michael –

Could you share a photo of your Cartier watch?

Many years ago (late 90s?) I was at the Cavallino Classic in Palm Beach with some of the FList crew and at the track (called Moroso at the time), there was a vendor who had a Ferrari Cartier watch for sale. I really wanted it but couldn’t afford it at the time. I’ve never seen another since. Just curious if yours is similar or the same to what I saw there. That one had a metal band, but I’m more interested in the face. I recall it being a very simple black-on-white with a subtle prancer on it, but I’m sure they must’ve had more than one model.

Thanks!

That’s strange. Wouldn’t you have to actually break the watch to be able to take by force from somebody’s wrist ?

I still have my Ferrari watch by Cartier bought in 1987 and wore it every day last summer in Italy and Belgium. But back then ,they were small compared to today’s watches. They don’t make the rubber wristband anymore for my watch, so I fabricated a velcro wristband. It does the job.

Clyde,

I'm only joking, but as a guy with an earlier Ferrari, my first thought was that
the temperature gauges on your car were not working properly! ha

I was going to post the picture I post once a year of the muscle man in the fishnet tights but thought
