I shouldn't reply because I don't know definitively, but I seem to recall hearing it isn't fastened in and you have to basically pry it out somehow and it is a risky proposition because if you break it you buy it (if you can find a replacement). Please report back what your resolution is as I'd like to know the whole truth.
