Michael,

I'm certainly not an expert regarding anything electrical in the car that said I've kept it running over all the years even though I've had some issues. I would definitely try putting in a new relay. I found the problems I've had of been fixed by a brand new relay. The horn next to the engine is my favorite part of the car so it's unacceptable it's not working!! ha

1981 308 GTSi: I took out the 308 today for the first time after a long winter. Everything is fine except my horn does not work if the engine is running. As soon as I turn the engine off, the horn works perfectly well.
I had the same problem last fall just before I stored the car and promptly forgot about it during the winter.

Any idea ?
