Rick beat me to it, is the plane some beat up thing hidden in a hanger or a well maintained school bird?  Is the pilot more interested in their instagram page or honing their aviation skills?  Ask for their opinion on TNFlygirl and get back to us, should be able to make a quick judgement call based on the response.
