My Dad used those oxygen bottles as a supply for his miniature gas welding set. He'd use the oxygen bottle and a small bottle of MAPP for fuel, to do small brazing repairs. He'd always get the guys in the machine shop to fill up with oxygen from a conventional, big bottle. I haven't used his welding rig in years but kept the bottles as "garage art".

It’s a functioning seat minus the rocket motors and O2 bottles 

The parachute is right behind you 

You attach yourself to it with a harness along with wearing a horse collar life vest
