This morning, I took the fuses/relays cover off and could see the Fuel Pump Fuse was brownish. Thank you Gary for telling me to check this first. I took the ‘defrost’ fuse (15A) off and put it in the Fuel Pump slot. The 308 started right away like a brand new car. I had a beautiful 2 hour-drive around the suburbs of Montreal with very little traffic. Put new gas in and parked it. I also changed the female lead and the white plastic cover since this had turned brownish too from the heat. Now I have a question: When I parked the car for the winter in november, that fuse was good. Why after sitting for almost 6 months, it suddenly decided to blow up at the first crank yesterday ?
