Parts bin special. No one is actually going to do development work on this. May be a sweetener to the broader Stelantis parts bin, but why be 20 years late to the party?
Not sure if it was on this link, but I looked at one of the other links and it showed like 50 pictures inside the part of the factory where they're building it. It was pretty impressive if I had to get electric car and could afford one this would be better
than any of the other ones available…..
Most plausible reason are EU fuel economy laws. Manufacturers need to sell EVs to bring their average up. Harry did a good show on this. Harry’s Garage.
This being Ferrari, expect a requirement to own one of these to buy any premium model down the road. On top of their spending requirements.
