Ferrari Mailing List: Ferrari Toolkit / shift knob

I received a new toolkit for my F355 today, however it is missing some
items.  I was wondering if other 3x[8,5] owners could tell me what their
toolkits contain.  I think I am missing some bulbs, extra toothed belts,
and maybe a tool or two.  Anyone know if these latest issue toolkits are
different than what came with the car from the factory when new?

 

Also, has anyone replaced their shift knob?  Mine is pretty scratched up
from the previous owners' rings when driving.  I assume it just unscrews
or is there more to it?
