Well, on an even keel maybe they are but looks aside for 30% less I can get a 
well cared for 10 year old, 10,000 mile 348 vs an 8 year old 355 with 30,000 
miles.  For 30% less.....In that case which is better....

(sorry for the delays in answering you guys but obviously we have a time
