I never understood the whole "letter" thing on Brit plates, could you please
explain??  I've even asked a couple of Brit friends and they dont' seem to
know either.

I think EJ also owned a standard Testarossa that was a gift from his
manager, but I guess he had a number of Ferraris in his garage at one time.

I believe they were made for 3 years before the "M" came out but
regardless
cars here are judged by the year of their first registration and not the
year
of manufacturer so a '95 can could actually be a '94 model year but first
registured in '95. Thus the dealer was telling me it was a "K" plate car.
