I guess "ridiculous" to me would be "most potential to kill yourself"
multiplied by the cost of the car. So we've had complete newbies come out in
Vipers, Radicals, Saleen S7, and of course Ferraris. While these seem to
work out in the end, it always makes me nervous. I wonder if our insurance
policy went through :)

On the other end of the scale, I'm always happy to see those coming out in a
Civic, Nissan Maxima or VW Golf - they either are doing it completely on a
shoestring, or they know well how full their bank account is.

Then there's always the oddballs, the Dodge pickups and Porsche Cayennes...
