Yes the CO2 does work have used them 
But rarely do motorcycles get flat 
With over 150k on miles on bike I have had only 2 flat to date

Even though Google COULD have answered this, I will.

They do the same thing Ferrari owners without spares (no spare in my 348,
355, or F40) do - call someone (in my case, AAA).

Some thing I've always wondered about:
What do motorcycle riders do if they get a flat?  I mean, there's no spare
tire.  Do they carry some of those inflataflat CO2 things, or do they Slime
their tires in order to help prevent flats, or ?  Clyde?
