Oregon's - Speed Law.   In the 70's  we had the ability to LEGALLY
exceed 55 if the conditions were safe.  And if they were bad the
legal speed was less than 55.   California had a highway
65mph limit but when crossing the border north into Oregon you
could safely (cop-wise) bump it to 70mph.  Even 90 in spots.

Question - what was Oregons then speed law called?

(this law was later trumped but the Federal 55)
