Ferrari Mailing List: Off topic , no F content

Does any one know of a service similar to a "Do not call list" that is related 
to the internet?

For some reason I do not seem to be able to stop the incoming mail from two 
companies 1) GiveAwayCafe.com and 
2)DeluxeOnlinerewards.com which I suspect are related. I can not even delete 
their mail and this is really frustrating.

Any clues??
