LOL... I agree with all points Dennis made. I'm not refuting. My perception is that FNA is trying to ensure dealer compliance through intimidation. And as Charles said you're at the mercy of FNA if they want to honor a warranty claim or not. Why don't they just hire some Sicilians and send them around to the all the service departments to make sure they fly straight?
