LOL I hear that line every day. Just substitute any technological
system for "computer" :)
I'm glad the freezing worked! Backup anything important and either a) find and correct the problem or b) continue backing up and use the laptop until it dies for good. At that point buy new with great warranty (HP has on-site parts and labour up to 5 years) and restore data to it.
