Too true! TX also has a ridiculously high property tax on homes, but otoh TX has no income tax. In summary I believe we are all bending over and grabbing our ankles, just the various states use different nomenclature for "bled to death". But, on the whole, I'd rather be here than in Philadelphia! Or Melbourne as Rick said,. Much as I don't like certain rules changes, a quick visit to Melbourne or Sebring would be nice this weekend!
