Gotta question/observation ya'll might be able to shed some light on for me - I've been trying to sell a 89 Ford Van with a Wheelchair lift for a few months - it's limited market, older van but in excellent condition. I've advertised in the paper, local trading post, a Handicapped Dealer Newsletter and Auto Trader. Had one really good prospect -- but his wheelchair wouldn't work with my lift - and the others were mostly people who called to get details and before they even look at it they want to know if I'll lower the price. Seems a little forward to me. I don't mind talking price but these people never even looked at it to know how reasonable the price was already. The worst part was after talking for 1/2 hour I never hear from them again. Are there that many lonely people out there? Brian B - does this happen to you a lot?
