I think so, it has lasted way, way longer than the previous rebuilds.

Technically mine wasn't a rebuild....it quit charging, so I brought it
to a reputable shop (Precision Alternator).  I didn't tell them what
it was from, and they charged me $55 for new bearings and a new
voltage regulator and it worked fine from there.  Well, at least for a
little while!  :)

How long has it been since your last rebuild, Dave?  ....oh, I see it
below....3 or 4 years ago....sounds solved now (maybe?)....
