Ferrari Mailing List: '81 308 GTSi left window

The inevitable has happened to my driver’s side window: It won’t go down
anymore AT ALL. I have a 1981 308 GTSI. 
 
I hate to do research, so I thought I would ask the group first . The
warning started last summer. It wasn’t going down on the first or second
try most of the time. Now it,s dead. That tells me, it must be the
switch. Right ? How do I get the thing off ? How do I test it first to
make sure it’s not the window motor ? Where do I get a good deal on a
new switch ? Motor window ? Etc, the usual questions…..
