New York? Perfect!

The road through Central Park would be ideal. Even with the moving chicanes
(read joggers, muggers, etc,) When I lived in New Jersey, I was part of a
vanpool & we often drove through Central Park. I can just imagine F1 cars
there. Especially over a couple of the bridges/launching ramps.

Actually, F1 cars have been run on the streets of New York City. Ask IMPA
or Chowder members about that.
